I have a Kona Mild Hybrid 2021

On the software information screen the UPDATE button is greyed out. Is this normal ?

Is the update button un greyed when I install a USB with the latest update ?

I've been having a problem where the satnav has been telling me the speed limit is 80mph in a 30 zone !!! Clearly the speed doesn't exist in the UK so they have updated the satnav with the latest version. Hopefully that will fix the issue but not holding my breath. I use the apple CarPlay navigation...
