Re: ALL-NEW HYUNDAI KONA ELECTRIC

The same left rear tyre pressure warning has recently been flashing up for me also. Sometimes the pressure in that tyre is shown as the same or sometimes higher than the others, yet only that tyre is indicated. I've re-presurred the tyres several times, and have made many journeys, but the indicator...

TPMS

Yesterday the TPMS warning illuminated showing one of my tyres was 1psi lower than the other 3. I dutifully inflated the tyre to the same pressure as the others. Driven the car twice today, but the low pressure warning is still there, and the same tyre is indicated as still low. EVEN though the imag...

Re: Speed Limit Display

Mine still shows 1mph under the limit following the previous update - ie 29mph, 59mph etc.
Haven't taken it back to the dealer yet though.

Serviced - Navigation question

Just got my car back from the dealer after its latest service, including the latest updates I was told.

As I drove home I noticed that the speed limit image on the map screen was showing "29" and not "30" as previously.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Re: Battery Problem

"Finally, I have experienced issues with the boot/trunk not closing correctly also (unless slammed shut) and initially thought this may have been the source of the issue with the flat battery. As it stands, the boot/trunk can appear to be shut but is infact not and yet you are still able to loc...

Re: Suitability of carrying mobility scooter in back of Kona EV

To carry a wheelchair we have to fold down the rear seats to carry it folded and lying flat.
If we take off the wheels and the footrests, it will fit in the boot with the rear seats up.

Re: Looks like we'll all get a new battery

Not in the UK we won't - according to Hyundai UK. In response to a copy of the US recall notice I sent to them, Hyundai UK said :- "The vehicles produces for the USA are designed and build to different specifications for different markets. As such recalls for a similar vehicle in a different ma...
