Check the cover details. Most of these "free" services are only "repair at roadside" and may not include recovery or onward destination cover or other services you receive with a fully paid subscription.

I also look in on the HOCGB forum, and comments from Kona owners are even more rare

I also think the reason is that the Kona, particularly the EV version, is pretty reliable - the recent HV battery debacle aside of course :p

My other half updated my nav last week.
I can report that my previously reported road speed anomaly is now resolved - instead of the screen showing 29, 39, 59 etc., the speeds now show 30, 40 and so on as it should.

Had the car for a few years now, and have occasionally benefited from this feature myself. Not aware of any settings to disable it though. A thought - perhaps it only works if it has detected a phone and is charging it. My mobile is in a case, and it will only charge it if the "correct" si...
