Headlight beam deflectors

I’m shortly to take delivery 
of a new Kona Hybrid Ultimate.
Not long after I will be driving to France in it.
I’ve got some Eurolites beam deflectors that show how to fit these to the headlights, but they quote projector headlights.
My new car has LED headlights so do I need to fit these deflectors ?
