HUD & Sat Nav display road speed limits in KMH

On my Kona Electric Premium SE the HUD & Sat-nav display the road speed limits in KMH, even though the speedometer is set to MPH & the Sat-nav is selected to UK English.
Does anyone know how to set the road speed limit to MPH?

Update: It is set in the nav menu settings.
Now all I’ve got to do is work out how to switch on the speed limit sign recognition!

There's speed limit sign recognition on the EKona's? Is that a regular feature do you know, or just on the top spec models?
