I had my Kona in the garage today after having the ambient air sensor replaced (after much ado and a 4 week wait). Went to unlock the back doors to let the kids in, and they remain locked although the front unlocked. Sooo fed up of this car already (only 4 months old), any ideas what they might have done?

I work full time so can't keep going back and forth to them, so I'm hoping it's something simple. Plus I've majorly fallen out with the dealer over the ambient air sensor. 4 weeks of driving around in a freezing cold new car in winter has tested my patience somewhat.

It is probably too obvious but have you set the child locks?
Thinking about it though, It won't be that, I don't have a child so I am unsure how child locks work.
Sorry.

Now they've unlocked. *shrugs* Not the child locks as it won't open from the outside (child locks would stop them opening from the inside)... Will have to wait and see if it happens again! Thank you for replying to me! :-)
