Latest OTA Software

I have installed the latest OTA software in my new Hybrid Ultimate which incorporates Apple carplay wirelessly. But this doesn't seem to work, Has anyone else experienced the same problem? Contacted the local dealer but had no luck, The service department said it was not their field and the salesman would be in touch, still waiting.

I followed the directions on this video from HyundaiUSA for it to start working:



Have to pair it while WIRED first, and your phone will then ask whether you’d like to start wireless CarPlay.
But just to double check that your Kona is the MY24 with ccNc software?
