Wobbly and sticking brake pedal

Hi. I have a dec 23 Kona ultimate. I’ve noticed that the brake pedal is / appears loose. Moves about quite a bit (left/right) - you can hear the movement while using it. The brake is also sticking a bit at the top of the brake release - you can feel / hear it. Anyone else had this?
Finally, getting a creaking sound from the actual brakes when applied - at stop and release - any one experienced this too? Many thanks for the help / advice!

Good morning all
In Dec I purchased 23 plate Kona N line which had approx 5000 on the clock within a week the clutch failed so the car was returned to dealership in Tamworth to resolve in Jan 24 it was returned to me with all the sorry and “this doesn’t happen “ comments .Yesterday it’s happened again.
Now it’s either poor repair or faulty parts. Has anyone had similar problems cus if it’s the part
( faulty batch) people surely would have the same experience
Please help
