Blank Infotainment Screen

I have Hybrid and the Infotainment screen has just gone blank - does anybody have any ideas how to reset it please - I have "googled" it but as always there are lots of answers but the few such as holding volume and forward buttons on steering wheel for 10 seconds and pressing what looks like a rest button do not work and the screen is still blank.

Before I take it back to the dealer does anybody have any ideas please that might save me a big expense

Beside the radio volume knob you will see a tiny "hole" you need press this and entertainment system should reset to factory settings
