Slow charging

Just got my new Kona EV 64. Lovely car, but charges Soooo slowly. 67 hours on a 3 pin plug. Over 4 hours from 67% to 90% on a rapid charger. Never got it to charge faster than 22KW on a 50KW charger. It charges at about 1/3 the speed of my iD4. Any ideas ? Dealership has no clue. Car showing no errors. Not the chargers as we use same ones with the VW.

Is there a rate limit setting anywhere?

I haven't had this problem with mine......and it is nearly 3 years old now.

Finally fixed after 6 weeks and a false start, there was a broken wire in the junction box for the on board charger.
