Hello,
I have agreed a price and paid a deposit on a 2020 (Sept) Kona Electric Premium 64kwh but I'm starting to think I may have made a mistake.
Over a month ago I arranged a test drive of a 2021 model from a Skoda dealer but they cancelled on me as the car needed to go to a Hyundai dealer to have a software update. I still haven't driven it but I have seen it and had a good look around. Apparently the problem is that the collision warning system is convinced it is about to crash. It has been to Hyundai once but the fault persists and the earliest it can go back is 31st July. It was listed at £14950, 33k miles, 2021 (70 reg), 64kwh and premium spec. When the dealer emailed about the latest delay I asked for my deposit back and went elsewhere.
The car I saw and tested at the Hyundai dealer is a 2020 (sept) Premium 64kwh with 21k miles. I've agreed £15299 and paid a deposit. But, I hadn't noticed the smaller screen and hadn't realised Bluelink existed. Is the lack of Bluelink a significant disadvantage i.e. is it really good and you would miss it dearly if you didn't have it? Is the one I've agreed to buy a significant downgrade on the updated version released a few months later?
