gear selection issue

Hi there, after some help or anyone else experienced this.
Model is kona hybrid electric ( clean) TGI MHEV 2021.
bought from a dealership with just over 29700 miles on clock. Since purchase have done less than 2000 miles ,but not long after purchase I noticed issue with gear selection ( lower gears.).
It will not go into gear sometimes or it difficult to go in but only randomly happens and can go for days or weeks being fine. Clutch is always pressed right down. I had car serviced a few weeks ago also.any help or info would be much appreciated, thanks

I had a 21 n line & couldn't select any gear on occasions - finally found email address of bloke in charge of the group of hyundai dealerships (Grimsby for mine) - turns out IMT unit needed replacing which luckily i got done within 2yr clutch warranty - cost on invoice was £1800 - suspect previous owner traded it in without dealer knowing
