Hi folks. I wonder if FPA is entirely software feature (if the car has line driving assistance hence front camera) or some extra hardware is involved. If former, there may be a way to activate it, right? Any ideas? :?:

Hi Sudaltsov. I believe the front parking sensors are fitted in the front bumper or the grill. Therefore they do not use the front camera which is used r Lane Assist. A front parking sensor kit is available from Hyundai for around £250.00 if you want them. PART NUMBER: J9600ADU05

Hello, I just bought my Kona SE (2018 plate) and was told it had front parking sensors. Does anyone know if this is correct or if they don’t come as standard on this model? If they are there (and I seem to have a button to the left of the gear stick for them) they aren’t working! Thank you 😊

If you look at the specification for the KONA SE it does not have front parking sensors. See here and press "specification" then "Convenience" https://www.hyundai.co.uk/new-cars/kona
