I don't just mean the car :P

Most forums for vehicle marques are used by owners who have a problem and are seeking advice or solice.
They can be very useful places to air these maladies and receive help.

They can also be places to share suggestions or tips.

However, I note that this particular forum for the Kona EV has been very quiet recently.
Does this indicate an absence of problems for this vehicle? I hope so :D

I've owned my car for 10 months now, and apart from the boot closing issue - easily solved following a forum member's suggestion - I have not experienced ANY problem with my car.

Are there any other EV owners with experiences to share?

Hi AEB-UK. I agree with you that this forum is very quiet. In a way this is good as most of us are content with our cars (I presume). I follow and American forum for the Kona, but the seem to be knit picking and intent on changing every thing that they can. They too seem to have very few real problems. We are very happy with our Kona SE. we have had it a year now and the only issue has been with the wiper blades.
No news is good news.

I'd like a louder engine sound to warn pedestrians.
The owners' manual at http://webmanual.hyundai.com/STD_GEN5_W ... index.html says that there is an option to change the sound volume in settings>vehicle>eco vehicle>VESS. I have also read somewhere about an option to change the pitch etc.
What Hyundai vehicles have this option? I would have thought it would be present on my Kona 6kwh SE Premium, if it is anywhere, but I don't find it. I can't even find how to display the settings on my Head Unit as shown in the web manual. I can only find a few options displayed on the LCD in the cluster. My inch-thick paper Ownrs Manual doesn't seem to allow for anything else.
Can anyone shed any light on this? Wht Hyundai EV would have all these options/Head Unit displays?

It is eerily quiet compared to some of the forums I have been a member of.

But I have joined and keen to learn of all things Kona from others on here too.

Better quiet like this than continual moaning though!

It should only take four or five regular posters to wake up the community.

It's been over 2 months since an EV owners posted anything. :)
Does anyone have anything to report, or even suggest for our amazing cars? 8-)
