I have had a 2019 Kona 4x4 since March , which is settling in fine, although it does like a drink. The lights are not impressive, and nowhere near as good as they were on my Yeti . They are bright enough , but especially on dip they are aimed far too low .

Are they adjustable , and if so how please?

(I really can't be bothered to look in the handbook as I don't have a spare day ..) .

I'm assuming they are the standard halogen ones and you have the adjuster switch set to 0 ??
If so, then I've just had a look under my bonnet and at the back of each headlight you will see 2 silver Philips screws looking up at you...I think you'll find they adjust the beam pattern ??

They aren't halogen . From the intensity of the beam I assume they are LED .
