I have recently sold my Kona EV and the new owner is having trouble 'pairing' the app to the car. It won't recognise the QR code or VIN number. I have deleted the app from my phone, but maybe I should have removed the info from it first, I'm not sure
Has anyone else come across this?
Bluelink app with new owner.
I had a similar problem while trying to change passwords. I would suggest downloading the Bluelink app again and going into the account and looking around the settings to delete the account from there if possible and "de-registering" the car so to speak.
